Guyuan Big Data Industrial Park Project

I. Project Content

The project is to be located in the northern part of Guyuan Economic Development Zone, and the land reserve has been completed. The project plans to cover an area of 33.3 hectares, with a construction area of 250,000 square meters. The equipment standard is "T3-T4", with 200,000 racks of installed capacity.

II. Investment Estimation and Funding Sources

The total investment of the project is estimated to be RMB 2 billion, and the source of funds will be entirely from attracting capital.

After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual revenue of 500 million yuan, annual tax payment of about 150 million yuan, yield of about 17.5%, total annual profit of about 350 million yuan, after-tax payback period of about 7 years, and realize 40 new employment opportunities.
