涿鹿县冰雪装备制造及研发项目

一、项目内容：项目选址涿鹿经开区，拟建冰雪装备项目，包括滑雪服、雪具、雪板、揽车等和滑雪、滑冰相关的器具，同时建冰雪器具研发基地、冰雪教育培训基地等。

二、投资估算与资金来源：项目总投资约5亿元，拟全部引资。

三、市场分析：根据河北省印发的《河北省冰雪产业发展规划（2018--2025）》，加快形成“冰雪体育运动、冰雪装备制造研发、冰雪旅游、冰雪人才培训、冰雪文化”为核心的冰雪全省产业链，到2025年将建成全省滑雪场馆达到100个，滑冰场馆达到250个，冰雪装备制造业产值突破100亿元。冰雪产业将会成为未来几年重点发展的产业，冰雪运动进校园覆盖率要达到100%要求的有利契机，紧抓冰雪雪具的生产、研发、培训等，市场前景广阔。

四、建设条件：开发区基础设施完善，水、电、路齐全，达到“九通一平”，交通便利，能满足企业生产经营需要。经开区内孵化平台完善，利于冰雪项目的研发，具备建冰雪雪具的条件。

五、经济效益分析：项目建成后，可大大降低滑雪成体，目前滑雪项目费用过高，主要原因是雪具大多进口。根据省冰雪产业规划，到2025年，建成全国首个接待超百万人次的世界级滑雪度假综合体，冰雪旅游人次达到6000万，重点打造的冰雪装备制造业的经济效益会非常可观。
